Service available to you if you choose -- Even after the Professional is placed within your organization, we provide a structured mentoring program, where we work with you to provide performance appraisals with the Professional at 30 days, 6 months, and 12 months.

Although we prefer opportunities for face-to-face conversation, when that’s not possible, we’ll utilize Skype. While this technology allows for some low level face-to-face discussions, it is not intended to replace the phone screening and onsite discussions conducted by Clients.
